Currently, the scientific potential of the department includes 2 Doctors of Sciences, 4 Candidates of Sciences, 1 Master of Medicine, and Assistants.
The department staff actively conducts scientific research.
Our residents participate actively in all research projects at every level of their training.
The results of these studies are implemented at the clinical bases of our university and are presented at seminars, scientific-practical conferences, and congresses in the Republic of Kazakhstan and neighboring countries by the department staff and residents.
Each year, the department organizes seminars with practitioners at the clinical bases and conducts scientific-practical events in collaboration with scientific centers.
The department staff has published 5 textbooks and methodological recommendations, and since its establishment, more than 300 scientific articles and over 20 patents of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been published.
Department faculty and residents participate in scientific events with oral and poster presentations in the Republic of Kazakhstan and neighboring countries, as well as in the publication of abstracts and articles in conference proceedings.
Since its foundation, the department has successfully defended one Candidate’s thesis, filed 2 requests for technological patents, and published 15 articles and 2 abstracts in national journals of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
