Clinical training for students and practical activities for staff of the Department of Gastroenterology are carried out at leading medical organizations in Almaty, equipped with modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure:

- A.N. Syzganov Scientific Center for Surgery;

- National Center for Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery (NCPPS);

All faculty members are practicing gastroenterologists and related specialists who provide specialized and highly specialized medical care. Faculty members are actively involved in clinical work, where they:
- participate in clinical reviews and consultations;
- manage patients with gastroenterological and hepatological pathologies;
- provide advisory assistance;
- participate in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures;
- provide emergency and routine medical care.
